We build and run AI Employees that own your SEO and AI search operation.
Atomic AGI is the software. Managed Services is the practice that builds AI Employees on top of it and runs them on your company's self-updating context. Output stops being a function of how many people you can hire, onboard, or manage.

95% of enterprise AI implementations return nothing.
MIT studied 300 of them in 2025, and the models were not the problem. The implementations were cosmetic, a subscription here, a pilot there, a tool that changed how the work looks without changing what ships, so output in month six was identical to week one and none of it reached the P&L.
Atomic was built the other way around. The infrastructure came first: the data layer, the tracking, the agents. Then the layer above it, which orchestrates data, agents, and company context into output predictable enough to publish directly. An agent running on that stack performs at the level of an average hire or above, at a fraction of the cost. There is no hiring ceiling and almost no ramp-up.
We call these AI Employees.
What an AI Employee is?
An AI Employee is an agent with a defined job, running on your company's data and context, delivering into the tools where your work already lives. It owns one operation end to end and executes continuously without being briefed again.
The difference from a general-purpose AI is specialization. An AI Employee does one discipline, SEO and AI search, and runs on proprietary workflows built for that discipline and nothing else. It decides from your internal data rather than from the open internet, and every output clears a QA gate before it ships.
A general model can write about anything, while an AI Employee is built to execute one operation correctly, repeatedly, inside your constraints. And you do not operate any of it, because we build, configure, and run it for you.
What it feeds from?
Live data, not snapshots, and most of it is Atomic's own. The site is crawled continuously, visibility is tracked across Google and eight answer engines, and competitors are monitored down to their pages and content.
On top of that raw layer sits processed data from Atomic's vertical tools: content analysis, scoring, and the numbers behind every page, so agents decide from measurements rather than impressions. When the work requires it, they also reach the live web and SERPs directly.

What keeps it controlled?
Every agent owns one defined deliverable, and every output clears a QA gate before it ships. Nothing publishes on model confidence alone.

What keeps it contextual?
A knowledge base holding what the company is, plus the agent's own memory of what it did and what you corrected. It improves with experience: a correction made once applies permanently.

What the AI Employees run?
AI Employees are organized the way a team is: each one holds a role, works from company context and live data, and answers for a concrete output, whether that is a published page, a fixed issue, or a placed mention.
What changes are the limits: a person produces at the pace of one person, while an AI Employee produces at the pace of the operation, at a fraction of the cost per deliverable, which is where the return comes from.
Some operations they take over entirely. More often they multiply the people you have.
Research and strategy
Keyword research for AI search spans Google keywords and AI prompts. The Research agent expands the keyword universe, clusters intent, maps commercial prompts, sizes opportunities, and updates the roadmap from performance data.

How the collaboration works?
Agents run the execution. You review output, set direction, and correct course in Slack. The operating rhythm below is the whole engagement; there is nothing behind it.
Day to day
Agents execute continuously. Output lands where it belongs: pages in your CMS, fixes on your site, campaigns through your sending tool.
Communication
Direct in Slack. Questions, feedback, and approvals happen in the channel, not through an account manager or a ticket queue.
Corrections
Feedback writes back into the knowledge base, so the operation improves with experience. A correction made once applies to every output after it, permanently.
Monthly
One report and an optional review call: what moved, why it moved, and the priority set for the next thirty days. No decks assembled to demonstrate effort.
Your side
Positioning, claims, guardrails, and final say on what the company is allowed to publish. Roughly an hour a week once the operation is running.
Ownership
Your CMS, your domain, your data, your accounts. Everything published and every deliverable stays yours; the AI Employees and workflows are the service.
